WATERFALL PAYMENT
Waterfall Payment refers to a type of payment scheme wherein the higher-tiered creditors are accepting both interest and principal payments while the lower-tiered creditors are only able to get interest payments. After the higher-tiered creditors have received all of the interest and principal payments, it is then the turn of the next tier of creditors to receive both interest and principal payments.
