Wilshire 5000 Total Market Index (TMWX) is a market capitalization-weighted index composed of more than 6,700 publicly traded companies that meet the following criteria:
a) The company’s headquarters is located in the United States. b) The company’s stocks are actively traded on an American stock exchange. c) The company’s stocks have pricing information available to the public.
