YANKEE BOND
Yankee Bond is a publicly issued bond denominated in US dollars. It is usually issued in tranches, which can reach up to $1 billion each. This bond also has to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) first. After its registration has been successful, that’s the only time that it can be sold.
