ZERO-DIVIDEND PREFERRED STOCK
Zero-Dividend Preferred Stock is also known as "capital shares." It does not require any dividend to be paid to its holder. Instead, the owner of such share will gain an income through the capital appreciation. Also, by the end of the investment term, the owner may get a one-time payment.
