ZERO-COUPON MORTGAGE
Zero-Coupon Mortgage is a form of commercial financing wherein the principal payments and the regular interests are postponed until its maturity. However, even though the coupon rate zero because of the absence of interest payments or regular coupon, the interest still accrues and is added up into the principal at the time of maturity.
