ZOMBIES
Zombies pertain to companies that still operate despite nearing bankruptcy or being insolvent. These companies are naturally considered to be incapable of meeting financial obligations and usually result from high costs of certain operations. Zombie companies are also referred to as "zombie stocks" or "the living dead."
