Credit rating agencies' highest possible rating given to the bonds of an issuer. Issuer who posses a AAA rating has an exceptional creditworthy degree and can fulfill its financial commitments with ease. Rating agencies such as Fitch ratings and Standard & Poor are using the AA nomenclature for indication of the highest credit quality, while Aaa is used by Moody's.
