ABANDONMENT VALUE
This is the value of an asset or a project if it will be sold or liquidated immediately. The abandonment value of a property or an asset might be different because of several reasons such as the implied fair value appraisals conducted and made by professional and certified appraisers, the supply and demand factors, and liquidity.
It is also called as the asset’s liquidation value.
