ABSOLUTE PHYSICAL LIFE
The term denotes the length of time that an asset losses its value, thus providing no use at all. The absolute physical life of an asset is a consideration whenever a company acquires assets. Through this, companies can determine which assets have a lower risk of becoming obsolete or outdated that will lose its key function.
