ACCELERATED AMORTIZATION
It is an extra payment that is made toward a mortgage principal. By using accelerated amortization, the loan borrower can pay additional payment to the overall mortgage bill in order to finish paying off the whole mortgage even before reaching the settlement date of the loan. By doing this, the borrower can get a reduced interest in his/her overall payments.
