A document that gives information for individuals who has a household employee. Published by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), this includes maids, nannies, drivers, yard workers, and caretakers. Employers of household employees may be obliged to pay state and federal taxes, as well as Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment. It also outlines the records to be kept.
