ACCRUED BENEFITS
It is the earning of every employee on a pension plan, it depends on the years of service with the company. It is usually compose of sick or personal time off, vacation leave or some other related benefits. Those who are laid off, retired or was fired must also receive all unpaid accrued benefits.
