ACTIVITY RATIOS
Accounting ratios that scales the ability of a firm to convert various accounts within its balance sheet into sales or cash. The activity ratios are employed to scale the relative efficiency of a firm basing on its use of leverage, assets or other such items found on the balance sheet. These ratios are of great importance in pointing out whether a management of a company is doing a good enough job of generating cash, revenues, etc. from its resources.
