ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
A body of law which is concerned over the regulation and administration of the agencies of the government (both state and federal). Created by the state legislature (or the Congress) it concerns the agency operation procedures as well as externally inflicted constraints. Administrative law is taken as a branch of the public and most often referred to as regulatory law.
