ADMISSION BOARD
A particular stock exchange's representatives who shall determine whether a company is fit to be allowed to include its shares on that particular exchange. An exchange's admission board is the one who make decisions whether a stock should be delisted, establishes the requirements for exchange's listing, and ensures that those listed are complying with the requirements.
