ADMITTED COMPANY
An insurance company admitted and allowed by an another state to transact insurance business despite having a domiciled status on an another state. Insurance companies must have a license to the state where it wishes to conduct business and obliged to comply with every insurance code of each state, including financial requirements, because the insurance licenses are governed by the states.
