AGGREGATE LEVEL COST METHOD
An actuarial cost method that aims to allocate and match the benefit and cost of a pension plan over the lifespan of the plan. The aggregate level cost method commonly gets the current value of benefits and deducts it with the asset value and distribute the extra amount over the participants' future payroll.
