ANNUAL CONVENTION BLANK
An annual report that insurance carriers needed to file with the state insurance commissioner. The report is composed of assets and expenses, employees making over $40,000, and the current reserves of the carrier. The filing of the annual convention blank is a must, to display that a carrier still has the financial capability to do business within the state.
