ANNUAL CLEAN-UP
A practice in banking which obligates the borrower to dole out all the balances of any renewable lines of credit and maintain it at zero within 30 to 60 days or so. Even if the annual clean up is already a long-time tradition, it is starting to dwindle nowadays. The clean ups are not usually a requirement on secured credit lines.
