APPELLATE COURTS
It is a part of the judiciary system that has the primary obligation to hear and review appeals that came from legal cases that have already been tried and heard in other lower or trial-level court. Any person or company that has been unsuccessful in his/her case in a lower or trial-level court may file for an appeal to the appellate court for the decision to be reviewed. Appellate courts are hearing appeals and cases at federal and state levels.
