ASSET-LIGHT DEBT
It is a type of corporate debt amounting to less than the usual collateral amount, which is commonly 30% or more of the value of the company. With this type of debt, the amount is lower, with most collateralized debt percentage of companies is way below the previous standards. There are times that it can be zero.
