AUCTION MARKET
A market wherein sellers engage in competitive offers and buyers engages on competitive bid at the same moment. The price in which a stock is traded, signifies the maximum price wherein a seller will be willing to sell and a buyer will be willing to pay. Matching offers and bids are then paired together and its executions takes place after.
