AUTOREGRESSIVE CONDITIONAL HETEROSKEDASTICITY - ARCH
An econometric jargon employed monitored time series. ARCH models are employed to show financial time series together with time-varying volatility such as the stock prices. ARCH concept was designed by the economist Robert F. Engle which earned him a 2003 Nobel Memorial Prize in the category of Economic Sciences.
