BA1/BB+
Generally, it is one of the lowest rating of investment grade that is given by ratings agency to an insurance carrier or security. The rating means that there is a low to moderate risks for policyholders or investors. Entities that were given this rating has a stable and adequate reserves but not as great as other higher-rated carriers or securities.
