BAG MAN
Any individual in charge of collecting, transporting and organizing money, commonly in connection with illicit or illegal activities. A bag man is a person who delivers and collects money on behalf of an organization or boss. At present time, bag man can be used pejoratively to denote an individual who is in charge of delivering and collecting contributions to political funds or parties gathered for political purposes.
