BAILMENT
The contractual movement of possession of the property or assets for a particular objective. In bailment, the receiver is the bailee and the deliverer is the bailor. In a bailment transaction, the ownership is never transferred, and commonly not permit the bailor to use the property while it's still in the possession of the bailee. In such scheme, the bailment differs from leasing and gifting.
