BEN BERNANKE

Ben Bernanke is the U.S. Federal Reserve’s chairman of the board of governor. On February 1, 2006, Bernanke gets the helm from Alan Greenspan, putting a period on Greenspan's leadership of 18 years at the Fed. He was chairman of the U.S. President's Council of Economic Advisors and a former Fed governor, aforementioned to being designated as Greenspan’s replacement in late 2005.
