BENEFICIARY OF TRUST
An individual for whom a trust has been formed and who will receive benefits from that trust. In many cases, it is created to prevent exhaustion of an estate. For instance, a trust for the benefit of a child, may specify the parent’s estate will not be carefully diminished and be available for the child.
