BID-TO-COVER RATIO
Ratio comparing the number of the bid that a treasury security auction has received to the number of the bids that has been accepted. The bid-to-cover ratio is an indicator of the strength or demand for a Treasury offering relative to investor bids deemed suitable in the auction process.
