BULLET BOND
Debt instrument in which its overall face value is paid at once on the maturity. A non-callable bond, an issuer cannot redeem these bonds before maturity. Both companies and governments release bullet bonds, which have two maturities: short-term and long-term. A portfolio comprised of bullet bonds is called a bullet portfolio.
