C CORPORATION
A lawful arrangement that businesses can prefer to arrange themselves to restrict their owners' monetary and legal liabilities. These particular corporations are considered independent body from their possessors. In a C corporation, earnings is taxed at the formal stage and is subjected to tax again when it is disseminated to owners.
