C. MICHAEL ARMSTRONG

A previous chairman of AT&T and CEO since 1997 until he leave the position in 2002. He direct AT&T to gain two of the biggest cable television companies in 1998 but had to split up the recent company in 2001 in the rise of the dot-com bust. From 1989 to 2010, He plays the position of being board member of Citigroup . He was condemned for his position in Citigroup's monetary problems during the 2007 monetary dilemma.
