CALL ON A CALL
A kind of compound option in which the investor has the capability to apply a call which is called an option, on the underlying asset. An investor who has a call on a call option has until the date of expiration to apply the compound option. If used, the investor will get the underlying call option, which will have a new exercise amount and a set expiration date. If the underlying option is used by the investor, he can get the underlying assets.
