CALL RATIO BACKSPREAD
A very powerful investment plan that mixed options to make a spread with mixed profit potential and limited loss potential. It is usually made by merchandising one call option and then using the gathered premium to buy a bigger amount of call options at a more expensive strike price. This method has probably extensive upside earnings because the trader is holding a greater number of long call options than short ones.
