CALLABLE SWAP
Ancash flows exchange in which a particular counterparty makes payments according on a steady rate of interest, while the other counterparty makes payments according on a free rate of interest and the counterparty paying the steady rate of interest has the power to conclude the swap before it reach its maturity.
An investor can probably pick a callable swap if rates of interest are assumed to change in a manner that would negatively affect the fixed rate payer.
