CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS PLANNING - CRP
An accounting procedure used to know the accessible production limit of a firm. Capacity requirement planning first evaluates the date of production that has been prepared upon by the firm. Then it studies the company's actual results capability and weighs the two versus each other to check if the date can be finalize with the current production limit.
