An economic word meaning the worth of revenue that is forfeited by a firm due to outdated business practices or obsolete technology. Capital decay is a rising dilemma for companies, as the rate of technological growth continues to boost. This monetary malady can cause companies without latest technology to have a hard time to compete with competitors.
