SEC FORM 8-B12B
SEC Form 8-B12B is a filing that concerns the registration of a certain successor issuer’s securities in accordance to section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Section 12(b) covers all the required forms and financial statement of the SEC as the basis for approval of securities registration on a national securities exchange.
