SEC FORM 8-A12G
SEC Form 8-A12G is also referred to as the Registration for Listing of a Security on a National Exchange Form. This means that SEC Form 8-A12G is a filing that must be submitted in the case of a company that wants to issue a specific stock or bond security which includes the warrants and the convertible bonds under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form 8-A12G include the type of security, the terms involved such as par value, maturity, and interest rate, the contact information of the company who issued the security.
