CAPITAL OUTFLOW
The motion of assets out of a political territory. Capital outflow is regarded as unacceptable and results from economic or political imbalance. It happens when domestic and foreign investors sell off their properties in a specific country because they no longer think of it as a safe investment. The fund is pull out from the country (flows out) and may arrived in another country or moved in the investor's domestic country.
