CAPITALIZATION OF EARNINGS
A system of knowing the worth of an organization by computing the NPV or also called as net present value of assumed future earnings or cash flows. This term calculation is done by getting the entity's future profits and separating them by the cap rate or capitalization rate. This will take into account the risk that profits will end or be lesser than the calculation.
