CAPITALIZATION TABLE
Spreadsheet or table reflecting ownership interests within a firm, normally a startup or early phase venture. This table jots down all the major shareholders of a firm, as well as their pro-rata ownership of all the securities the company issued by the company and several prices the stakeholders pay for these securities. It also uses information showing ownership stakes on a fully diluted basis, thus allowing the company’s overall capital structure to be determined at a glance. Also called cap table.
