CARD RECOVERY BULLETIN
Paper which lists down lost, stolen, past-due, over-limit, counterfeit or otherwise problem cards published by credit card firms including Visa and MasterCard. Merchants will evaluate the list to determine whether a given credit card is suspicious or not. Most records are kept electronically. Also called cancellation bulletin, hot card list, or restricted card list.
