CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT MEMBER - CCIM
Professional designation certifying an individual is expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Candidates can earn this certification in several ways, depending in their geography and status (student, non student, or government employee). To earn this designation, one has to complete the curriculum, earn two elective credits from other sources, submit a portfolio of experience, and pass the examination. The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute awards this certification.
