CHARTERED INVESTMENT COUNSELOR - CIC
Professional designation conferred to Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holders who works as investment advisors, and showed investment counseling and advanced portfolio management skills. Oftentimes, these counselors oversee huge accounts and mutual funds. An investment advisor who holds a CIC designation must work in an eligible position for an IAA member company, practice ethical conduct, and give character and professional references. The Investment Adviser Association (IAA) awards this designation.
