CIRCULAR FLOW OF INCOME
Neoclassical economic model describing how money circulates throughout an economy, between individuals and businesses. In simplest terms, the economy is comprised only of households and companies. Workers earn money and they use their income by consuming products and services. This model implies the old economic maxim, "Supply creates its own demand."
