CIRCUITISM
Macroeconomic explanation on how banks create money for production activities, companies direct production, employees contribute to production and consumption, and money from these activities go back to banks. It is a post-Keynesian theory anchored on Karl Marx’s ideas on the MCM (or money-commodities-money) capital cycle. Also called monetary circuit theory.
