CLAYTON ANTITRUST ACT
Amendment which provides additional clarification and substance to the Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890. Passed in 1914 by the US Congress, it endeavors to prohibit price discrimination, price fixing, and exclusive sales contracts which lead to anti-competitiveness.
