COLLATERAL VALUE INSURANCE
Business insurance allowing lenders to guarantee the value of appraised property, which is being used as collateral for a given loan. It also assures a minimum liquidation value if the property is sold. Usually, a property used as collateral is appraised before issuing a certificate of guarantee.
