CONSOLIDATE
Combining assets, liabilities, and other financial items of two or more companies into one. In financial accounting, it often pertains to combining financial statements of a parent firm and all its divisions, subsidiaries, or suborganizations. Consolidate also refers to merger and acquisition of smaller firms into larger companies.
